When i try to generate a toolpath ( outside/right) for the outline (please look at the attached drawing). I get this error: No toolpath generated for current parameters. Check Tool can fit into selected vectors at machining parts.

If i select "On" there is no problems.

Generating toolpath for holes ( inside/left) is not a problem.

Any idear why Vcarve pro 6.504 dosent like this drawing?

Nb. The file upload program dosent like crv files. So you need to change the txt to crv.

The outline is an open vector not a closed vector. On the right hand side part of the span overlaps the rest of it. Remove that span and close the vector then you can create the toolpath no problems.
