    Question Tsugami S206 need help

    Hey everyone, I'm currently running a job on a Tsugami S206 with FMB Turbo 2-20 bar feeder. Material is .500 kovar. I switched over from chucker mode to guide bushing. Since making that switch I'm having a very strange problem. During my top cut when main comes open for my G300 restroke. Bar is not staying against cutoff tool. It is slightly pulling back. Also on occasion it will actually push forward and snap cutoff tool.

    Any ideas??

    i would say sticky main collet /dirty toggles. it has happened to me before if it was only pulling back i would say check the followup force. i dont run swiss any more but i do have to set one up tomorrow:tired:
