    Hello guys
That may sound a bit weird now but I need some advice about drilling with a 3,5mm VHM Spibo.
I am working on a boring machine and the normal machine are more than 30mm plus.
We need to make through holes with a 3,5mm Spibo into a plate t=15mm.
IKZ is not available, only an external cooling.
The time doesn’t matter-the processing only needs to be safe.
What can you recommend? VC, Fu, chip breaking? Air?
    Oh and S max are 2500 rev/min

    Hello

What material do you want to use? Q & T steels , tool steels?
2500rev/min is a bit scanty . With 40m/min in tool steel you need 3600 rev/min with that diameter.
