    hello,

Does anybody have experience with additional spindles from REXIM? I would need your advice about it!

From the outside it looks like a normal tool holder, it has a collet…. Tools up to 8 mm are tensible, the part gives around 55000 Rpm and is bedded in ceramics. It costs around about 4500 €

A power cable is added as well as an air pipe for the sealing air so that the spindle doesn’t drown when the cooling system is switched on.

The whole thing goes into a case outside the machine…. You have to make sure that you program with the control system S0 of the machine and that M3 is replaced by M5. Otherwise it could happen that the pipes wind around the spindle.

I personally find the pipes irritating but if somebody needs such a motor speed for the processing and the machine can only do less then maybe it’s an alternative… although I am sceptical.

    Greetings

    Hhhmmmm

Apart from that have a look at Big Daishowa. They also have something like that and it’s a Japanese firm and they always have good quality.

These are just normal compressed air integration spindles…. We have such a thing lying around in feeder - it's almost unsued- as the handling was so long winded.

    Hello,
    I thought the same.
I found on the website also some that are electrical. BUT for that you have to get an Info post.

You are completely right; the cables in the machine are poor.
There are some that use and translate the engine speed of the machine .

    Kind regards
    Christian
