    Hello!

We have a problem with a tool changer at our Spinner TC52MC.
It’s possible to push the changer away when it’s active. Then it goes to the start position.
    It’s a Baruffaldi changer.

Is the position of your turret correct?
    Take a look at it.
Drive and vdi bore have to be in the same line.

As I understand, nothing locks the thing. How is the turret made? I mean hydraulic, mechanic, gearing or discs brake?

    Hydraulic.
It’s certainly something wrong with our turret. But we’d have to dismantle it completely to understand what exactly the problem is.

    Does anyone have another idea?

    Hello RichardN,

We’ve had the same problem at TC46. There were bolts for locking inside. They were attrited. But our machine is older.

I would check whether oil way is ok. It can be leak or with water inside or something else..

There’s no air in the oil way.

TSF, could tell me what exactly you changed and how?
I believe the construction is similar to our changer.
Maybe you have a picture where you can show me everything.

    Regards
    Richard
