    Hello

    Today an error in the X-axis occurred at my milling machine Maho 600E. When I move the table manually, the measuring system keeps calculating, but I try to make it using the machine, it goes off and an error occurs. I hope someone can help me to solve the problem.

    Hello putzer89

    Your linear measuring system can be out of order or maybe it just doesn’t fit anymore. I’ve had the same problem once. According to the service technician, the rail may have max. 0,3mm tolerance on the whole length. In your stead, I would check it up first. It helped in my case, but only after I had sent the rail to repairing.

    Hello

    Thanks for your help!

    Today I allowed the machine to stand for an hour and now it works perfectly again. There’s some oil on the measuring bar. I suppose it caused the problem.
