    Hi at all,

    I've got a problem with my Hermle UWF 1200H, with Heidenhain TNC 425.
    The axis always turn off at processing with error report '' Major positioning error''. It applys to all axis!
    I got a bucking at processing especially at the Y-axis.
    There is no clearance measurable in the axis - so I think the error is caused of a fault at Simodrive or at the control circuit of the controller.
    The machine is about 20 years old - so I would like to get help and suggestions for error search and repair, which can be managed with normal means (I don't want to invest lots of money in this old machine).

    Hello,

    if I were you, I would call Allmendinger - cause they are Simodrive specialists!
