With my machine the automated tool change doesn’t work anymore.
The error is probably caused by a broken switch above the hydraulic spanner. The request is made over 2 inductive switches- the lower one seems to be fine; the upper one doesn’t react anymore and is always on.
Exchanging by hand is no problem but in the automatic mode I guess the machine calls the switch. Is that maybe a Balluff BES 516-133-M0-C??

Hello kesh,
If the switch looks like a domino stone, then it has the DMG order number 27068535.
It costs around 100€. I needed one last week and ordered it in Pfronten.
It arrived the next day at 9:00 o’ clock.

Thanks! That’s exactly what it looks like. It is fixed with two little screws.
