    machine makes the model incorrectly

    Hello,
I bought the machine in China. He remote control DSP nk105. Machine size 0609.
During the manufacture of parts of the machine errors occur.
    Here's an example:
    Attachment 243054
when the machine completes the processing program, he did not exactly comes back to the point X = 0 Y = 0 Z = 0. Although remote writes that all point to the zero axis. Here's an example:

Do you have your acceleration set too high so it misses steps?

I think that the problem is, the pulse equivalent, how it correctly calculate?
I micro step 1:16 pulse equivalent 0.00625 mm / p, is that correct?

It's not clear to me from your attachments if you are you accurately machining shapes, but the issue is the cutter doesn't return to the correct position, or if your machine also machining the shapes wrong?

If the mm/p setting is wrong, I'd think you'd be machining shapes that should be repeatable, but shorter or longer in at least one of the planes. For example, if the mm/p was wrong for the x axis, the cut along that plane would generally be half, or twice as long as it should be depending on the setting used. From memory my Y axis 25mm ballscrew setting is set to 0.00625/p, and my X and Z 15mm or so ballscrews are set to 0.003125/p on my machine.

If you machine a 500mm x 500mm square, what do you get as a result? A rectangle instead?

    cheers, Ian

result of the processing of the square is a parallelogram
I have all the axes 15mm diameter shafts. pulse equivalent to 0.00625

Yes, 1.8 degree x 200 steps for a single revolution.
