Laser cutting machine is widely used for cutting wood model; now Thunder laser will show you how to cut a chair model using MDF.

Required items:

1. 3.5mm plywood
2. Low noise air compressor

Thunder Laser used:
Mars130 with 100watt laser tube

*the settings are only for reference, users need to find the best settings by testing

Step 1
Load the design file to the software and set the parameters, then click “Download” to send the file to the laser cutter.

Step 2
Put the wood sheet to the machine and adjust the focal distance. Move the laser head to suitable place and press “origin” to set the starting point. Then press “Start” to start your job.

Step 3
Take out the finished product.



Tips:
1. To make a perfect product, it is strongly suggested to do more tests to find the best power settings.

2. When cutting wood, it is suggested to use strong air flow to the laser head, it will improve the cutting quality a lot.
