    If powering on and off wont clear it, you have a bit of mess on your hands.

    I HAVE CLEARED IT ON A VK65/SEICOS III.BUT I HAVE NO INFORMATION ON THE HG800 . ANYTHING WILL HELP.

    Hello,

    send me a PM and I will try to help you out. Let me know mahcine model that is on the machine plate and the software version you are currently using, should be listed on your parameter sheets
