Need help with figuring "I" and "K" for radius

Is there a formula to figuring "I" and "K" to find the radius instead of using "R"?

Maybe I should add more details. I'm using a Haas CNC lathe. I'm trying to figure and arc, but I don't want to use "R", I want to use "I" and "K" in a G03 code.
