The control is a Fanuc 6, correct? I looks like an eprom ,location F81 on the ROM board, is defective. Do you know the software version of your control?

What is the motherboard part#?
Should be
A20B-0007-0010 FS6A
A20B-0008-0410 FS6B
A16B-1000-0030 FS6B2

Most likely the eprom is bad. You should find out the major part of the software version, e.g. 901 and then obtain a complete replacement set.
