    Mach3 motion card

    Hello sir, we have a problem of Mach3 motion card. Before we delivery the machine to our customer, we checked the performance of the machine with the Mach3 control system such as the go home, X, Y , Z working area, tool sensor and so on, it shows OK on our PC. Our PC is Windows XP system with the mainstream configuration. But when our customer receive the CNC Router, the machine can not work, his PC is WIN7 system, please help us to solve this problem, thanks!

    we have tested the card ,it could run under windows 7 32 bit.
