How To Fix Part of Assembly ?

I need some help on this please...

In the assembly below, I have the square tubes mated to the C channels. When the assembly is moved the center square tube does note move properly with it b/c there is only the mates between the top of the square tube and the bottom of the channels. I thought about making very small diameter holes through the tube and channels and mating the holes to lock them together but that doesn't seem right and will clutter up drawings made from the assembly.

What is the best way to lock these parts together ?

    Thanks !
