EX 1024 error in MV 40/40 MF-M6 mori seiki

    Hi
Just imported a decently used machine from germany to india.
Installed the machine, checked all the conections and powered up.
Machine responds for all commands in mdi mode. But when set in auto mode and hit the cycle start button.. the machine pops up an error message as EX 1024 DOOR MUST BE OPENED ONCE.
It is a manual door. Checked the front door switch.. side doora switch also.
The inpuyt signals are working fine from the door switches.
Closed and opened the door several times.
Checked the keep relay settings also.. but the machine keeps giving the same error message.
Any help or suggestion to solve the error would be appreciated.
The door interlock bypass key is set to release side... but no use.

Thanks and waiting for ur valuable help.

Door switch has to be on normal at boot. Estop must be released, then open and close the front door after hitting the OK screen at boot up. All other doors must be closed at boot up. This is just a door interlock switch check at power up.

    Hi,
This massage must be occur when first power on machine to machine ready mode or push cycle start with auto mode on first time power on or after M2/M30 finish before.
I don't sure that, Machine have this alarm occur when first time power on?
Are you clear alarm on first power on?

I have ideal for bypass it.
But I think it not good solution.

    Hi,
    Are you have Ladder Book?

Normally ladder line of Mori Seiki Vertical machine Alarm EX1024 are checking for

---> No MDI mode + Work memory end M2/M30 + Cycle start

But most machine generate alarm on you push cycle start when first power on without MDI mode.
You must to sure that when you power on machine first you confirm to close the door once time because the memory status of M2/M30 must be on.
You must to clear this step first.

In the line of Work memory end, it has the function check of No door close check.
I don't sure about status of Relay KA8 and KA9.
    Please check there too.
