my cnc is running mach3 when i jog all 3 axes they move the correct amount, all the scales are set to 1 but when i run a program made on cambam the x axis cuts everything half size. i wrote my own program telling it to move 200mm by 200mm and it moves 100mm by 200mm and watching it on the screen mach3 believes it has moved 200 by 200
does anyone have any idea what im doing wrong its driving me mad.

Is Mach3 in G21 mode while you're jogging?
Is there a G21 in your g-code?

or perhaps a G51 in your code?

There is g21 in the code and mach3 is in g21 mode and there is no g51 in the code

My router did this when I converted to a gecko. I'd have to look it up but there's a way to calibrate the machine where for example,you tell mach move 10mm then measure how far it actually moves and input that number. You should be able to do a search and find it. The x value must be off when you setup mach3, nothing major
