Has anyone been successful at adding named tool holders to there tool table. Eric at SprutCAM America sent me the numbers needed to make the holders but I keep getting an error when I try and save the table.

Dave, You did not say what version and release of SprutCAM you are using.
This is how I add new adapters/holders in Sprutcam 8
Attachment 251466
Go to Tools Library and select "Adapters"
Then go to "Names" Dropdown
Attachment 251444
Select "Add new record"
Attachment 251446
"New" should be added
Attachment 251452
"New" should be in the drop down menu
Attachment 251454
Rename "New" to the name you want, TTS Test in this example
Attachment 251456
Now "Post edit"
Attachment 251464
Now "Save library"
Attachment 251458
Go to Parameters, Holder name Dropdown and "TTS Test" should be in the drop down list
Select "TTS Test"
Attachment 251460
Now your holder should be "TTS Test"
Attachment 251462

That did the trick. Thanks a lot.
Dave
Glad it worked Dave
Maybe you could post the TTS Adapter/Holder numbers in a new Thread

Good job David.
Looks like your developing a note book like me!
Nice to have someone else posting some how to do screens.
A person can look real fast make notes and apply.
I notice under feed rate in your tools library you have some default of 0.1
I found any value less then 1 that makes it to g-code and then loaded and run on my 1100 mill will make mill go to z limit switch.
And you will be back at sprut fixing it

Sharp Eye!!
I upgraded the 2005 Tecra Laptop Pentium M 2Ghz to SC 8 Build 2, Rev 75464 dated 19/09/2014.
The screen shots are from the Tecra default SC8 install.
So you are seeing the default feed rate of 0.1 in the tool tables
