I just installed solidworks 2014 and I'm having problems with the toolbox. When I click on the toolbox I get an error saying "Unable to open master database due to the following data base access.
This is the first time I have had this problem. All the file locations are correct I'm not sure what to try. When I google setup the toolbox on youtube when they click on the toolbox icon under the design library it says add toolbox and then asks if you want inches or metric,ect. but when I click it I get the error. If I click on the + box next to the toolbox it shows everything in the toolbox and I can grab everything that I need, but every component I select I get the same error.

If this was a install over a older version it sounds like the root folder did not get updated to the correct data base. Or Toolbox is looking in the wrong folder.
You may have to uninstall and reinstall.
I assume you enabled the Toolbox add-in in the Tools-options area.
