First of all i am not a technical...!
i wish someone help me.

i connected the input L1 L2 L3 wires ok and connected the output AC V U W wires to the motor ok too

i need help in 2 things :
-to adjust parameters settings for my new Hitachi inverter
-to know where to connect the J11 and J12 wires to my new inverter


i need to control speed for simple 3 phase motor

i can not find a technical to help me and my machine supplier is overseas

One thing I see is you are using a Ground Wire for a Hot Power Wire Green/Yellow, you have to Ground the VFD Drive to the Ground terminals provided, you can control the speed with the round knob on the front of the VFD, Wiring should be Like this, it is showing the correct way to wire the VFD Drive, You need to add a separate Earth Ground wire so you need to have a 4 wire cable if you using 3 phase

Agree with Mactec about wiring, plus default parameters should get you motion using the keypad to Run.

Other parameter adjustments or tuning is more specific to application. No one can really help much without details on your application and how you want or need it to behave.

The convo inverter is my old inverter i want replace it with the Hitachi wj200

The F11 and F12 wires connected with a Schneider relay
In my machine plc screen when i touch "carry on" putton the relay work which connected to the inverter through F11 and F12 wires.
I need to know where to connect the F11 and F12 in the new inverter?

Likely dry contacts for start/stop, maybe fwd/rev, unfortunately the only manuals I could find for the Bosch Rexroth Convo 2600 mini drive are 90% in Chinese. Not going to learn that in a day. From the diagrams terminals X1 through X5 are inputs. From a bigger brother, bigger model number, manual in English identifies X1 through X5 as multi-function digital inputs, meaning you can set there use and drive behavior within the programmable parameters.

You'll either need to retrieve the parameter settings from the Convo, or describe in detail what "Carry ON" makes the drive motor do. If the later, bet yet to trace the J11 and J12 wires out to where they go. Do they both go to the relay you pictured and mentioned?

When you press the button on the PLC it engages the Relay, are the 2 wires F11 & F12 have power on them or are they just working like a switch

When i press plc carry on or carry off
It make the inverter run or stop run but at the same time the inverter always have power what ever carry on or off.

There is small red light in the inverter name "run" it light on when i press carry on and it off when i press carry of on the plc , but the inverter have power in both

You have to use a meter to test to see if you have any voltage on the ( 2 ) wires when you press the carry on or off button that you want to connect to the new VFD Drive

The last 2 posts are of no use, it is all about the 2 wires F11 & F12 that you have, are these ( 2 ) wires just like an on/off switch or do they have voltage on them

From the photo in your other post, see attached

You can take one of your wires F11 to the P24 & the other wire F12 to number ( 1 ) you may have to set some parameters as well to get it running, any of the numbers up to 7 can be used but you need to program their use, Leave the Jumper as it is set

You must add a Ground wire from your motor to the VFD & a Ground wire from the VFD to the input power Source Ground

my old inverter was working ok without the Ground wires! i think the new Hitachi can work also without Ground or what you think and how i can add Ground wire to the motor then to the inverter?

Without a Ground Wire you have a very unsafe electrical installation, you must have a Ground Wire from the Motor to the VFD Drive & from the Input AC Power source to the VFD

This will be in the manual of what parameters you may need to set

The photo show clearly were your motor ground wire needs to be connected, The VFD will have these Ground Screws as well
