We have an Hatichi 25S turning center, with a Fanuc AC Spindle Drive A06B-6044-H039. The drive was repaired by Fanuc and is working, but the S-code spindle speed commanded does not match the displayed spindle RPM on the screen. When a speed of S3000 is commanded, we see an RPM of approx 3300, a difference of about 300. Spindle speed override set at 100%

How can we make the speed match the S-code?

Set the spindle to run at a commanded speed.(The spindle unit displays MOTOR speed not spindle speed).
1. Hold all four buttons until FFFFF flashes.
2. Release all buttons.
3. Hold MODE button in while pressing either the Up or Down button.
(The parameter number will be displayed in order i.e. F01,F02,etc.)
4. Release the MODE button.
(The Parameter value will be displayed) Arrow up or down to change the value till the spindle speed matches the programed value.

F-13 RPM Adjustment of Forward Rotation.

F-14 RPM Adjustment of Reverse Rotation.

Stop the spindle and press DATA SET on the spindle drive to save your changes.

I can not find any pb's or display LEDs on my spindle drive, so it would seem you are thinking of a different drive. But thanks for trying.
