    Ez-Path 2 Axis Drive Fault

Hi. I have been having some issues with our Ez Path 2 lathe. Here is what is happening, and usually on a threading cycle, is that when the z axis begins it's movement, everything stops and there is an "axis drive fault" message. This happens intermittently. The only thing I have tried doing is taking the BMDC board out and cleaning the contacts, to no avail. What else can I do?
    Thanks.
