CNC converstion, which motor for a knee mill?

I just bought a Harbor Freight 40939 and I would like to convert it to CNC. The problem is that I am not sure of what size motors I would need (or the best place to get them).

I mill steel. I don't want to move the knee.

Any suggestions as to the oz/in torque and a good source for the motors?
