prepare for diagnostic: make sure, the machine makes no move while diagnosing. disconnect the pressure signal from the point as close to the sensor as possible. Arrange the signal "no pressure alarm" to the control at the point as close to the disconnected point as possible.
diagnostics: repeat the fault conditions: switch from manual to auto. locate the place, where the signals are interfering.

When you say "shuts down" do you mean power goes off? If yes, check for auto shutdown switch being on. If not, do you get any alarm number or do you have any external equipment connected ?

    Best regards,

Thanks for the reply.....Apparently the operator was unknowingly playing with some timers and set one to zero. So it never got a chance to detect pressure....He forgot to mention that lol
