    Re: Jigsaw pieces not fitting

Ok So I've had a play trying to get the parts to match but for some reason they seem to be the thickness of the cutter (1.4mm) out on the radius only.

The distance between the maiting flat sections seem to be ok.

I'm a bit lost as to why this is happening.

    Any Ideas

It sounds like you're not offsetting for the radius of your cutter. There's a screen in the Profile dialog that asks you if you want to cut on the line, inside it, or outside it; you probably want to cut outside.

    Re: Jigsaw pieces not fitting

I have set the cutter compensation for a 1.4mm cutter. It is strange as it is only the radius and the inside lines which are an issue. The parts back to back ok, so the width is not a problem
The radius is incorrect and the taper is out aswell.
Will keep trying things and see what happens
