I have a laser cutter, and has been working fine since I bought it, and when I get the error RDWORK COMMUNICATION ERROR simply stopped working, and reinstall the software and drivers for usb pc so see if it recognizes the port COM, because I get the list of devices, anyone know how to fix this problem, or a way to reset RDLC-V5.00.21, I have not been able to do by asking me a password.

The problem should be the USB cable connetion.
Please keep the connection be well. One end to computer, the other end to USB port of laser machine.
