Hi I am new to this forum. i have chinese cnc model 3040
I wonder if anyone can help me, I have problems with mach3 I had it in windows xp and it worked fine but then did not recognize the whole design just part of it, I thought it was for the OS update my pc, install windows7 32 bits, installs fine, the axes move on the screen but not on the machine no. Run parallel input register and the entry of overwriting memory, there all good but still does not move the axes in the machine, run the Drive test pc and the machine restarts and runs the pc controls the machine, but the load the design does not come out completely. That's my problem can someone please help me with this, thank you very much.

Just a thought. Did you remember to set up mach3 pins and ports after? Speed of motors, and all the related entries?

I had thus problem when I switched computers . If I remember er correctly I did not have my Mach completely installed. Be sure it is completely installed and you load your xml file I think that's what it was called lol. Be sure the drivers are installed
