Hello,
I work as an engineer for a company which has been in business for over 35 years in the manufacture of aluminum toolboxes, among other items, for the trucking industry. Due to surging volume, we have an interest in considering a custom automation solution for part of the assembly process, namely:

1) conveyance of the pieces which comprise the main housing (3-sided 'shell' and two 'end cap' pieces) onto and off of a custom table, where..
2) TIG welding each end cap to each open 'end' of the shell part will be achieved via rodless gantry, ball screw, or conventional 5-6 axis robotic welder

Here are files which illustrate my preliminary concept:

If you have several years or more of experience with motion simulation, PLC components, control software, and robotic welding, I'd like to hear from you in order for us to discuss the prospect of contracting for this project. You would design and provide complete build prints (w/ BOM) to me; using such, I and crew will source all components and build the system to specifications within tolerances set, and you would then remotely assist through the production approval stage, esp. with controls programming, equipment troubleshooting, etc.

Standard NDA is required, and I can provide references of other contractors who will attest to our honor in payments.

Best regards,
Chad
