    GT27 Control backup battery

We have a problem with a Fanuc PSU unit A16B-1212-0471/03A with an 18T Control
The control battery has been replaced with new battery
But we still get the battery low alarm flashing on the screen
Also lost parameters few days ago, we swapped batteries between machines
And get no alarm on other machines except this one.
Please advise on course of action.

Your power supply is probably faulty. You can swap your two machine's power supplies. Be sure you have a good backup on both machine before doing this as you risk loosing all memory.

we have now replaced the power board with a new used one, machine powers up no problem but
still have the yellow battery alarm flashing, when we got back from Christmas break all parameters were lost.
