easy programming solution for chinese cnc 3020 mill??

i currently am using a roland mdx40a milling machine and it seems i will be needing another small cnc machine maybe a little better suited for metal so im looking at some chinese machines but im a little apprehensive because i have no experience with programming other than the roland mdx 40a and that machines srp player makes it pretty easy,,,i just program the material, the size , and click a few other boxes and i can start milling. im not really sure whats in store for me when if i were to get another mill, like the chinese 3020 like i mentioned.

is there software on the market that will make operating this machine just as easy or will i need to learn programming?

if so maybe somone could suggest something?

im currently using autodesk fusion 360 and mudbox to create my stl files,

fusion 360 will do what you need. The machine doesnt really matter, just what kind of controls run the machine.
As long as it will take standard g-codes (which it should) then you have many options.

You'll still need something like Mach3 on a PC to actually control the cnc machine and feed the gcode.
