    21 Drive unit power malfunction 1,0,&0023 alarm

    we have a 1999 QT-250 Mazak and we are getting this alarm.. We replaced the main power supply and the spindle amplifier (which I assume is the drive unit) not sure though.

    both are refurbished. this is the alarm on mazatrol controller 21 Drive unit power malfunction 1,0,&0023 alarm

    the new spindle amp is flashing F6 and 23

    we had this alarm before and was told to replace these two things. but I think the old spindle amp was flashing F6 and 32

    can anyone give some input on this? thank you

    we fixed it. the cable was lose going to the coder
