What is the problem with the drive ???

drive is Kollmorgen VFS5 -204 , it is the spindle drive for a Cincinnati CNC
the problem is related to the Dallas NVRAM , is worm out , i replaced it , i have good comm with the PC and the Motion link software
but need a good TL and the user program , beside that , is password locked and i need to decryp the key

We can fix that if you send us the VFS5 AND YOUR OLD BRAM CHIP. There are many other none customer writable variables that get lost when you replace the chip. They all have to be put back in the new chip. And the OEM locked the files and does not allow them to be seen.

Hello !
sending the drive to USA , would be very costly . you know ?
i'm in the Dominican Republic , customs are troublesome and shipping is expensive .
i'm also able to upload to the drive whatever needed and have a new chip NVRAM installed , can update the vars in interactive mode command
however the TL file seems to be bad , need the (-106 ) .TL file , because when try to enable drive says ERROR 84 BAD TL
the EPROM version is ( VFS5 01.1.0Cc)
what can we do ?
