MultiCam 3000 Xa servo drive motor

We have a problem with the Xa servo drive motor shuddering during movement and when we dismounted it, found the pinion gear to be worn. Does anyone have a contact for getting a replacement gear, servo motor, or entire drive unit? Our experience contacting MultiCam hasn't had a great response and our machine is down. Any help would be appreciated.

    Does the gear spur have
    22 teeth
    22mm bore

If so I have them for 75.00 usd ea. while you are replacing them you should replace all of them at the same time. There are 3 total, before you take the old ones off, check the measurement of the old pinion, match the measurement when you install the new one.

Let me know if these are the ones you need.

shuddering motor could also be coming from an overheating control board. you could swap the connections in your electrical cabinet between the Xa & Xb and see if the shuddering follows the swap. Swollen capacitor or fried wires at connections of the control board would do this as well
