We've recently purchased a used Weeke 550 machining center. We've taught ourselves how to run it. The only problem we keep running into is when we need to change out to a new spoilboard. I believe there must be a very specific order to do everything in so that the Weeke goes to the high number you enter in. Only one out of about 8 times have I got it to go to the (20.3mm) number. Normally it seems to randomly pick somewhere between 14.2 & 16.9 mm. Which is a bummer because we end up taken half of our usable spoilboard away. Once we get into the 13.9 range the machine won't spoilboard calibrate anymore because it says not enough vacuum pressure. Any information would be great.
Thanks
