Urgent
New problem on my machine.
I turn the key to start the cutting machine but the software stops on the 1st message on the PAD03 display :'System starting. Please Wait. V4.0.3'
It is therefore impossible to use the machine since no key on the board works. This happens several times.
To get out of this situation I need to shut down and restart the machine several times. And each time it takes several minutes to see if the machine will start or not. It's very annoying ... especially since I do not know where it comes from. Besides I'm afraid the machine will drop me at the wrong time and I can not guess when this will happen.
Note that I have already disassembled the 6515 card to clean the connectors with very fine abrasive paper and to suck the dust that settled on it.
I did the same with the card on the digital display interface PAD03.
Please can you help me solve this problem or at least know the origin?
What should I expect?

For 15 years we are selling chinese laser machines. In 2011 we bought one XYZ machine for testing as we do sometimes.
That was such a scrap that we had to split her for parts.

I checked the connection between MPC and PAD03 as recommended by Cinematic2 but the test with the multimeter is good For the 4 wires coming out of the PAD03.
I re-cleaned the 2 cards a second time but without result.
Please where does the problem come from?

Cleaning the connectors all over the MPC6515 has reactivated it especially the connectors connecting the small card to the large card of the MPC6515.
The origin of the problem : the relatively high climate humidity on a coastal city
What did I do ? Cleaning with very fine abrasive paper. Moisture must be chased all over the map.
Caution : Do not damage or bend a pin or circuit board.
Results : problems remain but the MPC6515 re-runs now and it is already pretty good.

MPC6515 replaced with MPC6525A. No more issues. Except the end-of-job ringtone that sometimes does not work!
Where does this long beep come from? Why sometimes does it not work ?
