I am using Mazak Quickturn 20 machine, machine is giving alarm - Alarm 21 Driver Unit Power Mulfunction
Machine is normally working when started by spindle manually and on 300 rpm or higher, but when working when I stop the machine on 300 rpm or 800 rpm and then I start the machine again and it gives alarm 21.
If I start the machine automatically, on 300 rpm it is working, but if I write 1.500 rpm on programme, machine is giving 21 alarm again.
The modüle in driver unit has been changed, but again giving 21 alarm.
We cannot find where the problem is, if you can give advice I will b very pleased.

May be you can check the spindle pulley belts or the encoder timer pulley belts for slipping.
