    Question 1257 Alarm in MORISEKI MH 50 (MSC 516 Fanuc 16M controller)

    hello,

    i am having Moriseiki MH 50 machine with fanuc16M controller.
    Now i am facing 1257 alarm in that m/c during uploading of parameter.
    Can anyone help me to restor the issue

    EX1257? Or Fanuc AL1257, and please post alarm description, most don't have manuals lying around.

    It is a External Alarm and also S1 LED in A02B 0168 B052 Power Mate Model E Amplifier during power up the machine

    Probably lost zero return abs position on the magazine. Only way to tell on those old ones for sure is to plug in the handy for the power mate. Machine should have shipped with one, but most were long gone. Mori has the zero return procedure, I doubt I have one for a mh.
