    fadal servo turret problem

i have a 1998 4020 fadal with a servo turret tool changer, the problem im having is after about 10 good tool changes, the tool platter over shoots and doesnt line up with spindle dogs and causes a tool changer crash, ive tried changing the encoder on the tool changer motor, replacing the tool changer amp, making sure everything is tightened, , the tool changer belt looks good but not ruling that out yet.i have heard they didnt make to many of these servo turret type tool changers on these fadals, i know the other style are the geneva type. thanks in advance guy.
