Hope someone can help, when asked to index to next tool the turret moves forward but does not index, we have fitted 2 new relays (my4 24v) to lower part of rear control panel also the green light stays out until I switch off and reset power to machine. before this happened it was working fine until it started indexing without stopping or pressing the index

One of the clamp/unclamp switches is not working, or one is stuck closed.

Just an update on problem also looking for any manuals on the Mori Seiki SL-3
Turret sitting on position 1 selector switch on 1 when pressing green turret button the turret moves forward then back but does not index, we have fitted 2 new relays (my4 24v) to CR17 and CR18, also the green light stays out until I switch off and reset power to machine. before this happened it was working fine until it started indexing without stopping(with a banging noise) or pressing the index button, the turret is a little bit out of line and we dont know how to slacken and fix

Check the limit switches on the back side of the Turret itself

Problem fixed by ex Mori Seiki Tec. I know ,turret off, reset with dial gauge,reamed,dowels replaced,limit switches reset,now working.
