    Hello,

what is the control? Likely i80 or LX3 multi possibly. The SP23 is behind the CRT, its a controller for the keyboard/MDI input panels. Sometimes its a loose cable, often times the board dies. Try finding it and rechecking the connections to the board

Select NC Screen, Select Settings and turn on PWE (PARA 6219). Go to PRM page and find Para 6014 and change bit 5 to 0. Turn off PWE and cycle power.
