I have a Sibley C-20 drill press that needs a new feed worm gear. What is left of Sibley retains zero knowledge of the Sibley drill presses so I can't get the gear from them.
I have cast a new blank and need someone to cut the teeth. I have the OEM print that specifies" 66T, .250 C.P. 12.556 D.P. the OD of the gear is to be 5.448", Troat diameter of 5.410" and a 5.252 P.D.. The gear face is 1" wide. the gear I need is actually on the second page of the pdf.
