I have Biesse Rover 22 with NC500 software. I need to import dxf from autocad 2008 to NC500. If someone can explain me how to work with layers in autocad and then export to nc500.

You will save your drawing as R12dxf an everthing go well.for the layers you gonna name it in the cad as they named in your setup pic below that mean the panel layer will be named :PANEL
The milling layer :MILLS
The cuting layer : CUTS

How do you get the machine to get the right tool?

Hi- hope ye still on this forum- I am having problems importing files from Autocad 08 to nc500- do I have to use floppy disk or can I transfer another way??
