basically without the aditional info for the tool.....

you can go into the "Tool manager" and rename any tool. or you could "Make a copy" of a tool, and just rename it that way, then remove the "Old" tool from your Tool crib.

The thing is that the code is inserting something that i dont want like aditional tool name "TwistDrill, EndMill etc", diameter and so on, and it wont show the Tool Numer in front of tool name....

it won't show the tool number where? in the code after its output? you have to tell it what tool group its from, so it knows where to put it in the library. if you need to change the tool number, go into "Tool mapping" and change the tool number there

Obviously I have (tool list) in my post, but I also have this Addin turned on "Add stock tool list and setup sheet.bas". I believe I downloaded that Addin a long time ago. Not sure if its still availible. If you dont understand Addins, heres a link FeatureCAM - Addins - www.featurecam.com
