    Wood Boat Frames- already laid out just need cut

    I need 8 sheets of .75" 4'x8' marine grade plywood cnc routed. Parts are already laid out in DXF format on a 4'x8' sheet. Just need cut. All vectors are closed. Please see attached file.

    I need a quote for materials AND for labor please.

    I would try to quote this if it would fit my machine, unfortunately I only have 48 x 48.
    Others may want to know what kind of radius is acceptable on the sharp inside corners, the way it is drawn only a laser or waterjet would work.

    Thanks for the tip, Alan.

    As far as tolerances, we are only needing within a 1/32". The radius for inside corners is not a concern, as everything will be hand sanded once we receive the piece. To throw out a tolerance, I'm fine with having a 1/8" discrepancy on the corners. We just don't want to cut these by hand.
