New Charter Oaks Enclosure Design. Whats your thoughts?

Attached you will find an Enclosure I am designing for my CO Mill. It is similar in design to the Haas Mini Mill Currently. I am in the process of making some modifications to the design. I will be adding supports under the wings of the enclosure, as one of the upgrades. I have more stuff to do to this design. It is no way ready for building yet. Just wanted to get this out and get some feedback to help determine what other changes need to be made.

Here are a couple of thoughts with no experience to back them up:

    1) I'd probably want a wider opening on the front.
    2) You might want to consider making the side windows removable with the bottom of the window frames low enough that long work pieces could be mounted to the table and protrude through the side of the enclosure.

I was contemplating making the door wider. This just confirms it. I like the second idea about the windows. That never dawned on me, thank you.

I would start with a larger foot print. Better safe than having to pick it up later.

I like the over all appearance . But like above wider opening and low side windows that either are removable or slide up

If they slide up, you can still keep most of the opening covered when machining long parts. I will agree with the wider opening.
I thoght mine was enough with just the main tray on the stands width, however I now have to replace my doors. I will be taking back 1.5" on each side of the opening. It is actually enough now, but more will not hurt a bit.
Mine is made out of treated 2 by 4's and 2 x 's and lined with fiberglass panels.

    Looking good so far.
