readytocut.com is a good place for free high quality vector artwork, it is organized, it generates preview images for uploaded DXF files automatically (usually works, but some DXF with splines don't work perfectly), it is moderated for quality, there's no ads, it's really free, leans toward plasma cutting (not exclusively) etc...best of all: no junky files allowed....
