Is your control a Fanuc 15TF? If so, we might be able to help. Could you supply your OP1-OP40 parameters to me? We have lost some of the Option Parameters (OP1-OP40) and are not able to get our machine up. If we can get it up, we might be able with your C axis problems.

Good day guys. Got a Puma 8HC-3A. Lost all parameters. Tried getting from local agents, but no luck. Started sorting it out and are now stuck in spindle parameters. If i start spindle, only loadmeter goes high, but no movement then alarms 31. Does anyone have a back up parameters and diagnostics? Fanuc O-T machine serial no 3P08 0126.Machine was operational, but battery never checked.

The machine is a PUMA 8HC-3A. The control is Fanuc o-T with Alpha series servo drives.
Machine serial number is :3P080124
