    Engraving v cutting v marking

    I have a chinese 40W laser cutter. I am using CorelLaser software.

    I am pretty sure I have the engraving/cutting setup (more or less), but what does marking do/used for?

    To me , it looked like it just cut

    Hello waynemichel, this is Nolan from ThunderLaser, hope my suggestion can help you.
    laser cutter machine doesn't have the marking setup.
    we have posted many videos about how to use the machine, maybe you are interested in it.

    you should you use "Engraving" set up.
    Less power and faster speed.
    Try more, you will get what you want.
