Try describing the problem, your hardware, software and what you have tried to fix those problems. There is not enough information in your thread to be able to help.

    Re: zeroing problem

Once again, it is easier to help if you list some more detail.

    Which machine are you using?
    Which software are you using?
Do you have any more information about your setup and hardware?
Are you using a probe and if yes, what kind of probe?
What is the driver hardware interface between your PC and the stepper drivers?
Are you using parallel port, USB, Ethernet or any other type of communication?

I am using HyCNC-4L USB and that has an issue with probing. I solved this issue, at least temporarily, by writing a complete VB macro. It is very long, but it was necessary because the HyCNC-4L USB card does not support the G31 Mach3 code and not reacting to IsSuchSignal or IsMoving macro. The HyCNC-4L USB has a probe input but it does not work as described in the manual, so that input is useless. It is also not supporting anything else than the Z axis and even that is done with huge errors.

So you see, it is not easy to help you unless you are willing to communicate. Three one liner messages are definitely not what I call communication. Sorry.

yasser, no one can read your mind and your description is not nearly as detailed as you think.
is there a limit switch on those mahines? did limit switch got missaligned? wires got loose?

and thats besides the fact you are asking for advice on waterjet in a laser cutter forum

    Re: zeroing problem

when we opened the wear cover of the x axis we'd just found out that the micro switch is not functioning properly so this might be the cause of the problem,we will try to change it and we will see if it'll solve the problem,..Thanks for your support and God bless
