So here is the situation. I have an LC6090 at 100W of power. I've been running it for just over a year now.

Two days ago I was running it as normal. Turned it off and went home for the night. The next morning it would not turn on.

There is no power flowing to any part of the machine. I turn the key, nothing happens anywhere.

I checked the fuse thats attached to the power in plug, it seemed fine, HOWEVER I had a spare fuse that I threw in there just to check. Still nothing.

I checked the breaker. Reset it even. Nothing.

I followed some directions online and tried the Test button on the power supply. Nothing lit up. (The fan on the power supply is also not turning.)

I replaced the power cable with a different cable. Nothing.

Can anyone lend a hand in figuring out whats wrong? Is it the power supply?

there are two power supplies in there, the laser high voltage one for the tube and the 24V for the controller and motors. since neither is working i would start the troubleshooting by using multimeter to see if AC reaches them at all. and from your description i have a feeling it doesn't ,despite the fact you chaged fuse.

This may sound silly, but plug a lamp or radio into the outlet and check for power.

I checked for power with the output, it's running just fine. I have a computer hooked up to the same outlet.

One weird thing is that power is also not going to the Chiller or the Compressor, which leads me to believe that it's NOT the power supply but something else. The fuse is fine (and even replaced just to be safe).

I'm at a complete loss.

He had a similar problem with our machine before. Legacy Lasers came out and put in a new key switch for us and everything came back on.
Could be that or the Estop

so did you test AC reaching the two power supplies with a multimeter?

Oddly enough it turned out to be the on/off switch. The switch had two sets of terminals on it, so we switched the wires to the second set and now it's working fine. Just insanely weird.

Having the same problems (no lights on power supply or other outlet from the machine). I'm wondering what on/off switch you're referring to. Is it the one in the grey box on the back of the machine, key hole on/off, or emergency stop on/off.
